Come on, grow up, I am aware that we are no longer close or friendly like before, it would not hurt me at all if you have some other excuses or reasons to dodge me but please do not fabricate whatsoever lie.

It is fine and all right if you want to be with other people, at some other places, just be frank to me, will you? The fact that we are no longer close buddies is not the case, the point is you lied.

After all, the reality will rise to the surface and your liar arse will be embarrassed when you know that I am not that foolish to buy that crap you just told me. Do not regard me as dumb.

Matt White – Love

Can you identify your love relationship as either “opposite attracts” or “many things in common/similarities”?

Opposite attracts is being depicted as a fire or blaze that is burning, building up and getting wilder, bigger rapidly but as rapid as it takes to incinerate, the same goes for it to burn down, fade out and dies away. It takes a short time to blend in and feel as if he/she is the right person up to the level that you deem him/her as a person you cannot live without but it also won’t last that long.

Many things in common/having many similarities are being illustrated as water of river with a continuous and uninterrupted flow of current most of the time. Slow but it is always nonstop and constant moving. Most people reckon that this type of relationship will last longer. People in this type of relationship, will once in awhile wonder about their history of their ‘fire’ person and will start to have the what-ifs state. What could have happened if….?

Is the world always all about black or white? Heaven or hell? Yes or no? Boy or girl? Just one definite and precise answer? Is there such thing as the grey side? Is there such thing as something in between?

So, tell me which one do you believe so? Are those statements true? Do you reckon them as right? Do you agree with any?

Leona Lewis – Yesterday

Currently listening to Leona Lewis’ album: Spirit. My most favorite song would be yesterday. And, I love the music video of Better In Time. It is basically simple and love the first part of the black and white photo shoot session. Another song that has nice lyrics on the album is Footprints in the sand which is also her third single, a double A-side featuring “Better in Time” and “Footprints in the Sand”, was released in aid of Sport Relief, where she visited South Africa for the charity. As a part of Sport Relief, Lewis has set up a website, www.yougivemestrength.com, for people to share their inspiring stories.

Coldplay – Politik

The outcome of the 2008 election that was held on March, 8 has shown an awakening amongst Malaysians. At last, the incumbent government was shot in the heart where the opposition parties teamed up together to win over 5 different states that consist of Pulau Pinang (Penang), Kelantan, Perak, Selangor as well as Kedah. So it is expected a smooth transition to the new ruling parties to take over to preside over those five states. I am not here to discuss further more on the outrageous result, for the first time in Malaysian history that the government was dying out and losing badly to the opposition parties except that I would like to argue more on the problems in the Malaysian politics scene. What went wrong to both parties, both the government (Barisan Nasional) and the opposition parties (a united force that consist of PAS, DAP, PKR and PSM). What to improve or no and so forth.

Taking Back Sunday – You Know How I Do 

I was restless and could not sleep so I figured out might as well do something to kill the time and liberate myself from boredom. Back few semesters ago, I took the subject Organizational Behaviour (OB) and one of the most attention-grabbing and appealing subtopics to me was on Johari Window. It is a tool to assist people on understanding interpersonal communication and relationships. It helps you to identify your own characteristics (how do you view yourself), and it aids others to understand you better.  There is also a blind spot where you are unaware on how others view and judge you. Kings of Leon – Charmer

Let’s us weigh on the scale to see the pros and cons of the rationale on going to the prom night organised by the three faculties. Before we proceed, I would like to make a cynic remark, did not they spread the words last year that temptation 2007 was going to be the last prom held by the three faculties all together. Well, well, what do we have here in 2008? Just another malicious dirty marketing strategy imposed by the organisers or maybe I just do not know the other side of the coin?

Nevertheless, as much as it is anticipated by the students, there are many variables that should be factored into the decision of attending it. Let’s list the cons first as I like it that way:

The cons would be it is costly from the ticket, attire, accessories, and to the grooming process. It is such a hassle to spend at least 400 MYR for a night at the hotel where the opportunity cost of spending this much money could be used to go for a holiday trip to many tourist destinations such as Tioman Island, Redang Island and the like. These holiday trips come with affordable and appealing offers and packages where usually they are not just for a night but for the least 2 days and 1 night duration that is according to my two cents, would be such a value worth for every penny spent.

The core appeal of this occasion would be the celebrities. Well, from what is being publicised, the celebrities that would be present on that night are Kenny Sia, Soo Kui Jien, Stephanie Chai, and local music bands which are Estranged and Pop Shuvit. To be frank, if I were to attend a dinner, I would like many singers or bands to perform but honestly, I reckon there are too many non musician figures which consist of a blogger (Kenny Sia), a male host (Soo Kui Jien), and not forgetting a female host (Stephanie Chai). Can you imagine, 3 people talking and hosting the event that night? Kenny Sia is a witted blogger which I have to admit his blog entries can be quite amusing at times; not that I have anything against him. As for Jien and Stephanie, the organisers are just using their sexual charm to woo the crowd to come (well, isn’t every function like that?). Personally, Stephanie is such a charmer but I reckon she is just a girl with a pretty face ( I believe there are so much more than just that, oh yes, she is indeed clever; fyi, she holds a finance degree from UoA, NZ). Not that I have anything against her, but the truth is I just think she is having trouble to gain more market. Back in New Zealand, she is categorized as an Asian and in Malaysia, there is not much she can do to penetrate the Malaysian entertainment industry. By the way, her last drama that she acted (KL Lights), her performance was average or I would rather say, there are rooms for improvement might be because she is just a rookie in acting.

Well for the music bands, Pop Shuvit nor Estranged are not just my cup of tea. Seriously, most of the people that I know that are planning to go to the dinner; they are just going there for the sake of some allegedly claimed ‘good looking’ members of the bands.

The only advantage or benefit that I could think of is you could gain social intelligence where you could become a social butterfly to mingle around with the crowd but truth be told, most students would team up together to book the same table of ten. Basically, every one actually knows each other at the same table. Usually, they go in groups. So I do not think it is actually a way of socializing with new people.

Enough of the criticisms, I reckon the cons outweigh the pros. Don’t you reckon so?

Coldplay – Fix You

It dawned to me that I should get a blog account. Well, here I am, a middle class born, still studying in school and clueless with what I am going to do with my life in the next  7 months. Yes, maybe some would wonder (or none to be exact) why on earth did I choose my username as parttimestalker? Yes, never worry because in a second I am about to elaborate on that. To be honest I started the first line of the blog as “it dawned to me”, well, I had a dream last night about someone, well not to say he is important in my life, but honestly, he maybe is he maybe not. It is a complex situation. Truth be told, I have been stalking on him for the past 2 years. Some people would have their jaws dropped open to the floor right now, yea, I know, that’s freaking outrageous, nutcase! How pathetic isn’t it? I know.. Does he even know that I exist? Yes, all of your guesses are correct! He doesn’t even know that I existed at all. Thanks to all the networking websites (be it friendster, myspace, facebook.. you name it!)! If some of you would think that I am a nutcase, you are welcome to hit the exit button on the upper right corner! Not that I am expecting people would even be bothered to read my blog. The purpose of this blog is not just intended to ramble on my pathetic love life which is absolutely nonexistent but it is more than that.
