Taking Back Sunday – You Know How I Do 

 

I was restless and could not sleep so I figured out might as well do something to kill the time and liberate myself from boredom. Back few semesters ago, I took the subject Organizational Behaviour (OB) and one of the most attention-grabbing and appealing subtopics to me was on Johari Window. It is a tool to assist people on understanding interpersonal communication and relationships. It helps you to identify your own characteristics (how do you view yourself), and it aids others to understand you better.  There is also a blind spot where you are unaware on how others view and judge you.
